About ME

Preparation for the New Journey

I understand that becoming a Virtual Assistant is not an easy path. It requires strong organizational skills, time management, and a solid understanding of the industry. For me, it’s like preparing for battle, and preparation is everything.

That’s why I committed myself to serious learning. I researched, practiced, and invested in online training to ensure I’m equipped with the right tools and knowledge.

But what truly gives me confidence is the foundation I’ve already built.

With five years in the BPO industry, I developed strong communication, client support, and multitasking skills. I learned how to work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and adapt to shifting priorities.

Through five years of running my own small business, I gained firsthand experience in decision-making, operations, marketing, and customer relations — all of which shaped my mindset to be resourceful, self-driven, and resilient.

Here are the programs I’ve completed as part of my upskilling journey:

  • GoHighLevel CRM & Automation – Self-trained through simulation projects, YouTube tutorials, and a paid course via Streamlyne Academie
  • Meta Social Media Marketing – Coursera
  • Google Data Analytics – Coursera
  • Canva Pro Mastery – Udemy
  • Microsoft Excel for Data Analytics – Udemy

With everything I’ve learned and experienced, I’m confident that I can do this and do it well. This is not just preparation for work. It is preparation for real impact.
